What is Orthopulse+?
Orthopulse+ is a monthly plan where you get access to an Orthopulse model, support, service, warranty, and help getting started. You pay SEK 0 today, and the first month is free.
What does 0 SEK mean today?
This means that the first payment is 0 SEK. After the first month, the monthly plan continues at the selected price if you wish to keep the product.
How does the 14-day home trial work?
You try it at home for 14 days. If you do not wish to continue, please contact us within the trial period and follow the return conditions.
What is the difference between Orthopulse Go and Orthopulse PRO?
Orthopulse Go is the portable model for everyday use, work, and travel. Orthopulse PRO is the more powerful home model for those who want more capacity and more programs for recurring treatments.
What is included in Orthopulse+ Complete?
Complete includes both Orthopulse Go and Orthopulse PRO in the same package for SEK 399/month. Separately, the models cost SEK 528/month, so Complete saves SEK 129 each month.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Orthopulse+ is a monthly subscription with no commitment period. You can continue for as long as it suits you and cancel according to the terms and conditions.
What is the delivery cost?
Instabox costs SEK 0 within Sweden, and Budbee costs SEK 49. In the event of a return, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost according to our general terms and conditions.
How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 1-2 days within Sweden when the product is in stock. You will receive delivery information when the order has been shipped.
What happens if something breaks?
Free service, full warranty, and replacement in case of malfunction are included with Orthopulse+. Contact customer service and we will assist you further.
Can you help me choose a model?
Yes. Contact an Orthopulse advisor and we will help you choose between Go, PRO and Complete based on how you want to use the treatment at home, at work or when travelling.
